It had four overdue maintenance lights on when I received it. It was a nightmare to get the services covered because carvana kept saying call silverrock. Silver rock kept saying, “we are a warranty for mechanical issues, not service issues.” 10 hours of calls and an aneurysm later, they finally agreed to cover the services. Because carvana will take almost anything at a high price right now and not inspect it. We're in our seven day trial and just got some stuff done at the Subaru dealership that silver rock paid for! Just a $50 deductible. No push back from warranty company. Was honestly shocked they paid for one of the things because it was a maintenance service.
